Stupid Company was formed at the beginning of 2016, when, after having shared other projects together, Jeremias Montero (Argentina) and Martin Alarcon Haro (Uruguay) they decide to join together to achieve this explosive duo.
With a particular and authentic style, they mix different elements from the freak show with humor and comedy through a powerful corporality that builds a universal language suitable for all audiences.
They choose the intervention of public spaces transforming them into their show stages, in which interaction with the public is essential.
They have presented their work at diverse festivals around the world, such as in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic, Brazil, Romania, Netherlands, Austria, Serbia, New Zealand and Denmark.

A stupid fakirs duo combines risk and humor in a show that recovers the weirdness of the old and classic “circus freak”.
Reckless and ridiculous at the same time, these pair of characters display the most exotic skills ever seen: they walk on glass, they throw knives and resist on a bed of nails, they manipulate whips and fire.
Just the exact coincidence between ability and clumsiness will make them come out unharmed, turning high tension moments into comic situations.
This show might generate diverse sensations to the public, such as: amazement, shock, well-being, fascination, satisfaction, tension, anxiety and a little bit of pity.
